Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your European Garden purchase. Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at help@europeangarden.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping and delivery charges, when applicable, are non-refundable.

Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned with all original parts, accessories, and packaging. Items that have been used, installed, assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Oversized, freight-shipped, special-order, and made-to-order items may have additional return restrictions or may be final sale. Any product-specific return conditions will be noted on the product page.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly at help@europeangarden.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected.
